The other friends would chime in with even briefer comments (thumbs up or down). That was August 2001. Then they abandoned the idea. Then Web 2.0 hit, and all the social networking pioneers became bazillionaires. Then the original 3 went out to a restaurant and decided to revive the 3thumb.com idea as a blog.
